Do you have a convection oven?

My true convection oven was delivered yesterday! I'm soooo excited. It has 5 burners, a griddle, a temp probe, other stuff... it's just really pretty and exciting.

Anyway, do you have one? What do you make that is tons better because of the convection?

I'm really happy with ours. I especially like that I can put multiple things in on different racks and it all bakes evenly. I can bake a ton of cookies at once, using like 4 racks.

I have a Flavorwave, which is halogen and convection. I love to cook wings and ribs in it. Cookies come out fast and yummy too. Still trying to figure out new recipes for it though.

Cookies, pizza, as PP said, all come out better. I just love how it cooks everything evenly and faster. We have a wall convection and a regular stove/oven combo and I rarely turn on the other oven, except for holidays.

We have one. I like it a lot, it definitely does baked goods and bread-based items better (especially pizza). Meats cook faster. The whole roasted chickens that used to take 90 mins now go 75. The first few weeks in be careful to take the item out ahead of the time you think it will be done and use an instant read thermometer. You may have to adjust your typical cook times.
