Hubby is 6' and around 300 lbs. and can wear my new Boba 3G. He can't wear my 2G and he couldn't wear my Beco. I don't know how comfy he'd be for long, baby screams and he takes her out. Really he likes the Moby best.

Kinderpacks can be purchased with plus sized straps --- perfect for big hubbies! The straps also come with adjusters at the shoulder that allow them to size back down to standard length --- so they are easy to share between two size wearers.

Infant size KPs also have a width adjustment that allows it to fit newborn (many SSCs don't fit newborns that well) to about 18 months --- so you get your moneys worth. Great carriers

What about a toddler Action Baby Carrier. My dh isn't that big only 5' 11" and 220 but he has a bunch of extra strap. They Also do custom Plus size Toddler carriers too.

My 6'2, 260 lb extremely broad chested DH uses the Ergo we have to wear our 7 month old DS :-) He also uses the ring sling on occasion.
