Baby range of motion

I'm new here, haven't looked around but I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts about baby's range of motion in cloth diapers. My 7 week old boy is in rumparooz, he had a little irritation on his groin today so I gave him some naked time to air it out and I realized that in his diaper he can't get his knees really bent to scootch around during tummy time. I know cloth diapers aren't as trim as disposables, and i really don't want to use them. I plan on giving him some more naked time every day now, especially during tummy time, but I'm wondering if this is less of an issue as he grows or...?

A one size diaper is always going to bulkier on a younger baby, until 50 years ago every baby was in cloth, I think you would be hard pressed to find any evidence that cloth impacts development of physical milestones. Air time is good for every baby, regardless of diaper, so if it helps you feel good about it, go for it,air time gets much trickier when they are in motion!
