Normal shipping time from Canada to the US?

When you mamas buy something from Canada how long does it typically take to get to you?

I've sold a few things recently and I've had two mamas messaging me today saying they haven't received their package yet. One was sent two weeks ago and the other three weeks ago. They've both asked me what the typical time frame is, but I only know what the Canada Post website says, not how it really goes since I'm not on the receiving end. They're both pretty far south so maybe that's why it's taking longer?

What's normal time frame? At what point should I be calling the post office to inquire? I'm so nervous now!

This is why I only shipped expedited for a while, I hate the waiting thing.

3-4wks average.

Well, I know that average time for me to receive something from the US is about 4 weeks, so I assume it would be at least the same.

i would expect it to take atleast 2-3 weeks, but up to 6 weeks is not unheard of, no need to worry yet mama

3-4 weeks is normal on my end.

When I've shipped (or had things shipped to me) the item usually arrives in 2-3 weeks. But the average is 3-6 weeks - and definitely expect longer ship times nearing the holidays.
