Our poor tomato plants have fallen victim to a cold snap and I think they're about done. However, we have a bunch of green tomatoes that I would love to use. DH does not like fried green tomatoes. Any ideas?
No canning, please - I don't have the equipment or knowledge

Pickled green tomatoes http://www.huffingtonpost.com/craig-..._b_754850.html .This isn't the one I use, the one I use is meant to be canned. You can also just sprinkle some dill on them and use them in salads.
