Purple is my favorite color, and luckily that is easy to find in girls' clothes! I also like green on her and orange is cute too!

DD looks best in light blue or turquoise. It's funny to see the shoe thing mentioned so much, we went to Target today to get DD some new shoes and after looking at all of the girls shoes (glitter, rhinestones, pink explosions) we headed over to the boys section and we picked out a super cute pair of plain Mickey mouse high tops for her and she loves them. I really don't think you'd get many comments on buying a girl boys shoes, and even if you do, it only matters that she likes and is comfortable in what she's wearing!

Most of our clothes are girly pink hand me downs. I don't mind some (and hey they're free), but try to balance it out with neutrals like putting a pink shirt with brown pants, etc.

I splurged on a few pair of sbish longies and justified it by getting gn colors that I can use on a future hypothetical son.

I don't like any clothing that says stuff like "Spoiled brat" or "I'm the queen."

I like purple, green, red, and navy on my girlie too. Pretty much any color I would wear I will put on her if I can find it!

WHERE? I want to get my DS a pink polo shirt SO bad and I can't find them anywhere!

DD loves everything pink and sparkly and unicorn-y. However, despite that, some of her favorite shirts are black or teal or lime green. I'd say she has a pretty wide mix of colors in her clothing selection. Actually, I have a tougher time finding boy clothes that aren't blue and/or have puppy dogs on it.

Red, teal, green, brown. We do have a lot of pinks and purples too though!

TJ Maxx, I think it was part of a set that had gotten broken up so it was clearanced for $1. Ralph Lauren, if that helps.

We found one at burlington. And a pink button up shirt with a tie too.

DD loves all things girly and pink so we have A LOT of pink here. I personally think DD looks the best darker colors.

really anything for color but not like skimpy things too as previously stated especially for little girls. I try to find stuff that is cute but reasonably priced and that I think my 7 year old will like for instance/actually wear. My daughter has a tendency to be eclectic with clothing daily but likes dresses for sure....

My mom thought she was one to buy cute stuff but from a kid.. not really. some stuff was ok but I couldn't wait to get out of some of it..... that includes glasses. color coordination was great though.

I love putting DD in green because it really brings out the green hue in her hazel eyes. I'm resistant to buying a ton of pink, but she's getting to the age where she's more adamant in her choices, and a lot of times, that's the choice she'll make if you give her one. She wants us to paint her big-girl room bubble gum pink. Sigh.

But now that I know that my next is a boy and she'll probably be my only daughter, that will keep the pink somewhat more contained. So I've started letting my pink aversion go--provided that she does pick another color to wear sometimes!
