Doing an FET this month- any thoughts on PGD testing?
I'm curious if anyone who has done FET has also done the PGD testing. We have pretty much ruled it out- it is too expensive and we plan to transfer 2 and will be happy regardless of what happens.
I think it is very interesting- my Dr. was suggesting it because I am 38, but I did the IVF when I was was a little bit younger (37 1/2)

Re: Doing an FET this month- any thoughts on PGD testing?
I didn't think you could do PGD unless you froze 3 day embryos.
All the people I know did PGD before they froze, or froze 3 day embryos that were grown out to day 5. I have no desire to do that to my embryo. I will take whatever I get and I know PGD isn't 100% (had a friend who did it and turns out the child she had had the very condition she was trying to prevent). Good luck with your transfer!
