Are Sunbaby and Alva MF Inserts Interchangeable?

I have Sunbaby 4.0 size 1 and am considering adding to my stash. I was looking at possibly getting some Alvas.

Are the inserts interchangeable? I really don't want to have laundry become a hassle with sorting inserts and stuff.

So does anybody have both and if so can Sunbaby MF inserts be used in the Alvas and vice versa?

Sunbaby's are narrower in the crotch and the inserts were skinnier then Alvas.... But I haven't bought any of the new size 1 n 2 sunbaby diapers... Maybe they are different now

I think technically you could use any insert in any diaper.

I've heard from several people that they prefer the Alva inserts. A couple women said they order Sunbaby without and then buy extra Alva to put in them. So they must be interchangeable.
