Does anyone know how long it generally takes to get a shipping confirmation or notice from Sloomb? I ordered an instock item and wool wash on Oct 1st and still nadda.

I did a couple days ago. Hopefully she responds soon. I was going to order from another realiter but they had the color I wanted.
