No- we have him do all the odd or even numbered problems for each lesson. Right now the lessons are all review of what he knows from last year. We didn't want to skip the lessons entirely, but this way he can go a little faster and he's not bored. If he were making a lot of mistakes and it was going badly we would take it slower. But like I say this stuff right now is all review, he knows it already. But I still think review is good, freshens things up.

When he gets to new material we'll just do one lesson a day, and do all the problems in each one. My DH has a very strong math background and does all the math instruction incidentally, so the two of them worked out this system.
