does this sound reasonsable?

I ordered some liners from X store the total with a sales code came to about $25 and I got free shipping (about $27 without code)
Anyways on check out I filled out all the information for my address etc then did the payment and went through PP... all went through and I had a shipping conformation with in 24 hours.

This was last on September 28th ... Yesterday morning it occured I hadn't recieved anything so I did a tracking and it gave a delivery date as October 3rd but to an old old address..

Paypal AGAIN defaulted back to a old address I didn't catch it at checkout. I thought I'd deleted it ages ago atually and I havent had any issues with this in a loooong time. well over a year.
SO I contacted to see if there was anything we tried going through the post office etc... Its gone it was delivered and "correctly" according the UPS and the company X says it too delivered...
They are as compensation offering me a 15% off plus free shipping on my next order which (last code gave 5%)
If I placed the same order I'd still have to pay another $23... well frankly that doesn't seem right to me yes paypal got it wrong but why the heck did I fill out all that billing and shipping information? I understand not getting a 100% refund or the 3 rolls I ordered but something feels crappy about this deal.

since all this Ive ordered from another place and recieved them with in a few days...
At this point I don't need anything else, I'm considering ordering 2 more free times and I guess a 15% of for those would be good... Still I feel like I'm getting a bum deal.

If you used PayPal. And the address in PayPal was the old, it's your problem been there. But it's the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping info. Which is coming from the payment source.

If you delete the address, it's no longer there. Since it was still there, you never deleted it. At least that's what happened to me. I had just added the new, never actually fully deleted the only. It should go back to the seller. But that takes time. :/ sadly.

Did you contact paypal since it seems to be a glitch in their software?

Can you contact your old address and see if they received the box and return it to the PO as a person no longer lives here? The PO should be able to find you or send it back to the store.

I have deleted it multiple times for a looong time I double and triple checked because we had this issue before (not same company) it hadn't been an issue in over a year I relaxed apprently too soon.. Ive even called them dirrectly to resolve this before
ALso I did provide the shipping I filled out a whoel this is where I want it shipped part during check out
If it gets shipped back then I'll recieve a refund (minus a small stock fee) sadly though its really unlikely it will get returned, jsut the area and such.

Re: does this sound reasonsable?

so you bought sometime from a website and put your current address in when you checked out. but PayPal randomly pulled out an old address and without contacting you on the difference in the addresses they shipped the items to the different address listed in PayPal.
If my opinion you are entitled to a full refund as it was an error on the part of the retailers.
