Katrina Longies Pattern

Thoughts? Likes dislikes?

I can't decide between this or the ADG pattern.

Re: Katrina Longies Pattern

Never tried the ADG pattern, but I have used the Katrina's longies and soakers a ton. I actually prefer to use the Katrina's soaker pattern and just extend the leg cuffs into legs. Makes a super cute look, better fit in the bum (IMO), and makes it super easy to appliqué something on the bum

Re: Katrina Longies Pattern

I have never used the ADG pattern but I love the katrina soaker/longies pattern. It works great. The only thing is that some of the patterns don't have a seam allowance built into it so you just have to keep that in mind when making the pattern.

This is what I do when I up cycle, instead of leg cuffs I use the sleeves of the sweater, adorable fluffy bum every time!

I haven't tried the ADG (what is that?) pattern, but I love the Katrina soaker, shorties, and longies patterns.

You read my mind, I was going to ask someone to post pics! They look great. What a cute baby! What size is that?

Thank you, he tries, LOL! I used the medium sized pattern...I hadn't used the pattern in over a year and forgot that it doesn't include a seam allowance, so the mediums with an 8.5" inseam JUST fit him perfectly over an LFP fitted. He's 10 months old and about 22 lbs-ish, so he's right inbetween Katrina's medium and large size patterns.
