Best flats for NB to PL?

What size/brand of flats work best for newbies? I'm daydreaming about a future newbie stash and want to use PUL covers (like flip and Capri and blueberry), but I know my *faves* (large, green edge GMD flats) would be hilariously huge on a newborn. Even one of my 10lb monster newborns. :-)

Are there any sizes that would work well for simple folds for newborn/infants and then be fine to padfold as kiddo gets bigger?

Osocozy are great. I can use them on the newbies as well as on my 22 month old. I think they're the standard 27 x 27.

I think you would run into absorbancy issues with a smaller flat on a toddler. I suppose you could get doublers.

I love Osocozy and Diaper Rite smalls. They are such a great fit kite folded on my smaller newbies. I was able to use them from birth to PLing with DD. I used them pad folded in pockets once she grew out of them folded. They were enough on their own for the daytime. I could use them for nights with 2 hemp doublers too. The Diaper Rite are super soft.
