It's for all cotton babies products, it's against their policy to allow coupons or discounts not authorized by them. Basically if it's no on sale on their website, it won't, or shouldn't, be for sale anywhere else...

It's up to the retailer to follow the rules, not the consumer to know things like that. It's like when you get a coupon from toys r us, there's always the list of manu's at the bottom that the coupon doesn't apply to, same goes for this industry. For us, we always have the following disclaimer: "as always, coupons are never good on Cotton Babies, GroVia, Boba and Ju-Ju-Be products."

All retailers should be following the rules, but they don't
