I recently switched from pocket diapers to prefolds and have noticed since the switch that my daughter has been getting a red, blotchy rash on her tummy where the top of the diaper is located. It doesnt seem to be bothering her too bad. Is anybody familiar with this problem or know what might be causing it?

Re: Prefolds causing bumps on babies tummy??
Yeah, that's def a possibility. I wonder how I could prevent it. Because I have been loving using the prefolds.

Re: Prefolds causing bumps on babies tummy??
my boys get like that sometimes, I noticed it when they they started moving around more on their belly and army crawling. I think it was just the tread rubbing, I put some coconut oil on when I change them and it seems to help.

It happens to my gal as well since she's been crawling. I think it's just the top of the Aplix on her covers rubbing a bit. She has never seemed bothered in the least by it so i don't really worry about it.
