when I try to upload pics, it says it's too large. How do I reduced the size of my pics?

You can download a free "Windows Image Resizer Powertoy" for your computer. Google it and you should find it. Once it is installed, you will be able to right click on photos on your computer and it will show the option to "resize pictures", you can then resize it to custom scale 150 x 150 and you should be able to upload a photo that size.
