I might be shipping an 18 oz package to a lady in canada. Can I do this via paypal. I know I used to have to go to the po. TIA

You do still have to go to the PO. I *think* you can print it from paypal, but you still have to go to the PO and have the customs form stamped so i dont' bother with paypal for it
