Sewers, help me with this zorb, please

I have 20 zorb inserts that each have 2 layers of zorb between layers of organic cotton. I love them but they are falling apart and pretty dingy and stained.

I was thinking I might take them apart and recover the zorb. I have a sewing machine but very limited sewing knowledge. What should I do? And what fabric should I use? I think I might like something stay dry to use in covers along with the pockets I already use them in.

Any tips??

Thanks

I would try sewing a pouch, then turn it right-side-out and put the inserts into it. Then quilt the insert in place in a few spots and close up the end. You could put stay-dry on one side, natural fiber on the other, hopefully that will get you by

Perfect! Thanks so much, that's what I'll do
