I can't find the weight ranges for this pattern. I know people have said the NB runs a little on the smallish side. Here are the dimensions from the pattern...

Newborn
rise - 13"
waist - 11.5"-13.5"
thigh - 5"-7"

Small
rise - 15"
waist - 13"-15"
thigh - 7"-8"
