i'm getting pretty frusrated with ebay too. i just received a pair of pants and flece top that i bought. pants were listed as fleece lined and they're actually flannel lined. when i replied to the seller she told me that flannel is actually more durable and then said she'd refund the bidding amount if i sent it back. so i'd still be out shipping to and from .

if you file with ebay/paypal, you are out of shipping back to her, but you get the actual price you paid + shipping to you back (so she'll be out of shipping to you). just fyi.
