She'll ship to California, but not to Canada. To ship to Canada you have to go to the post office and do customs forms and it's more expensive.

Exactly what swedishmermaid said.
 My local po recently closed and I would have to drive 35 minutes to the nearest po with a 9 moth old who doesn't do well with being taken in and out of the carseat.
