Thirsties hemp insert users I have a ?

Right now we are using flour sack towels in our pockets. I was wondering how absorbent Thirsties hemp inserts (not prefolds) are? Are they easy to stuff or is it tricky to get them to lay flat? Right now we use BG 4.0, Alva and Diaper Safari pockets if that helps. Does the small or large fit for most medium settings?

This is how I fund my FLUFF

Super easy to stuff and lay pretty flat. They do curl up a bit after washing, but I smooth them all out and fold them in half to stack on the shelf and after that they are nice and flat. I love them in my Flip covers.

I use the size Large for Medium rise settings on pockets and Flips covers. It fits perfectly in my opinion!
