Here's my super easy recipe:
Open a can of campbell's chicken soup (use electric can opener when possible)
Pour into bowl
Place in microwave (be sure to put a paper towel over the bowl to contain splatters)
Heat for 2-3 minutes, depending on microwave power
Grab a spoon and enjoy!

I prefer this way too. I like for my veggies to be sauteed rather than boiled. I don't actually put chicken in mine though. And if its for me (instead of the kids) I like to throw a can of tomatoes in there too.
