Crib help

I found out that the hardware for DD's crib is missing. I know I still have 17+ weeks left but with my kidney issues, I needed to get everything set up before I can't anymore (DH is incapable of putting things together). We moved last year and I thought I had put the hardware taped to the crib. It wasn't. Then I thought I left it in DD's dresser. It wasn't. I have looked everywhere and I have no idea where it could be.

I cannot find a manufacturer and I cannot find the user manual. I bought it in New Bern, NC in Spring 2006 and it was less than a year old when I bought it.

I know this is a long shot but I really really don't want to buy a new crib. This one is adjustable so that the height of the crib mattress can be at many different heights. I side-car and being able to put the height where I want it was nice. It converts into a toddler bed and can switch to a full size bed with bed rails. I do not know cribs or I would be searching the web for look-a-likes.

I have looked on CL's for a "new" one and I think I found one that is a suitable replacement. I just don't want to buy a new one just because I can't find the hardware.

Any suggestions?

Here is a photo of the crib back in May 2006.
