i was told that feeling "off balance" woozy and dizzy are side effects so i think it was affecting my ds that way

Hmmm, are you sure he isn't growing? How long did it last, and how long did you take it? There are things you can do as far as timing the medication to be released in your body at the same time that baby doesn't nurse as much. (The medications half life) sorry you are having a hard time mama.

that sounds scary OP! i too have recently been having anxiety issues and at the ER they gave me a few scripts that I could not get filled. I am thinking about calling my OB tomorrow and my regular DR to find out what they say is safe, I think I will call a local lactation specialist as well. good luck

I got it prescribed to me during pregnancy actually. I used it during pregnancy and am using it while tandem nursing. No issues for my little ones.

The only issue I have is I can't wean off of it easily. I get terrible side effects. I'm on the lowest dose possible.
