Do I need to use a wipes warmer with my cloth wipes or can I just put them in a plastic container?
My solution has tea tree oil in it so would that alone prevent bacteria growth? How long will it stay good? Thanks! Lisa |

Re: Wipes Storage Question
Well, our home wipe solution is simply: fill the sink about 1/4 way with warm water, squirt dr. bronner's soap in, drop in a few flannel squares.
![]() While out: we use dixie drops solution in a squirt bottle. Taking dry wipes and we go through it fast enough that we don't have a concern for the solution going bad. ![]() the TTO should be enough to keep the nasties away It's naturally antibacterial

Re: Wipes Storage Question
Here's my wipes method:
8x8 square wipes folded in half, stacked in an old Huggies container First add distilled/filtered water (enough to cover wipes...3/4 full?) then add a few drops of lavender, 1-2 drops of TTO & a few drops of organic olive oil. Stir or shake to mix. Then add the folded & stacked wipes. When we go out I take out a few of the top wipes & put them in an old Huggies travel wipes container. HTH! (I usually mix up 2 containers at a time...each container lasts about 4-5 days...and when the wipes are dirty I toss them in the diaper pail & wash them with the diapers)
