Re: How do Carter's baby clothes fit?

Gerber is really small so for 12 month in it we got 18 month. Carters can shrink but I would go up in size. I roll up for my short second baby. Stuff with elastic is great circo I think. I like kohls sizes & brands & barely shrink. Some jcp too.

Re: How do Carter's baby clothes fit?

Old Navy runs small IMO. I always base everything off of Carters though So, Old Navy runs smaller than Carters. I have a 27.5" 23lbs chunky girl and she wears 18 months in Carters right now. (12-18 months in Old Navy and Gymboree, but she can fit into 18-24 months at Old Navy right now also) That being said, she only wears stretchy "comfy" pants. I can't get anything that doesn't stretch over her hips, even if it is Carters brand. I am assuming though that she will be in 24 months by the end of November or December. I just went ahead and got her 24 month onesies for now because I don't want to buy in both sizes. They are big but totally work. I would guess that you lo will be in 18 months now and 24 months by spring.

I would get 18 or 24 months in Carter's. I got some for my ds last fall when he was 8 months old and he needed 18 months.

Same here. Love love Carter's. I've actually found their quality to be great, and frequently buy Carter's used. Maybe my kiddos are easy on their clothes though.

As for sizing -
I also use Carter's as my baseline. I've found ON sizes to be a little wonky, just like their adult clothes. Different styles fit differently. Gymbo runs large, IMO, so you're prob ok with the rompers you have (compare them to the ON you've washed and see how much room there is).

I would size up just in case. That way you get more wear out of the clothes anyways!
