So I ended up having a grilled goat cheese and provolone sandwich with avocado and tomato...it was sooo good! I'm going to be eating that for days. I think I'm going to do my pizza tomorrow.

I love goat cheese on any salad with balsamic vinaigrette, makes it all creamy and delicious. Also stuffed in chicken, in pasta on pizza all delicious!

Absolutely! If you eat corn, get some fresh, boil it 3 minutes and cut that into the salad too. It's a treat.
