Tell me how PayPal works with Inaccurate descriptions and claims

I bought something on eBay which was described in EUC and completely NOT, they are threadbare, bleach stained...awful. She won't do anything for me. What happens if I file a claim?

If you file a claim and win, you will ship them back on your dime and pp will refund you your original price paid.

You can provide the listing, and pictures to show how they were not as described. IME, PP tends to side with the buyer.
