Re: Freaking out! Please tell me this is normal.

I had a lot of spotting with DD. It was very scary. but she was fine.

It's bleeding and cramping that are scary now.
hope your week flies by!

Re: Freaking out! Please tell me this is normal.

I have had abdominal U/S at 10-12 weeks that showed a 5-6 week pregnancy. I thought for sure I was miscarrying, until I went for a more detailed scan and everything looked right on.

I bled for weeks following my positive test. It was awful. Like four weeks. I got progesterone supplements from the doc.

I appreciate you all! I spoke to a nurse whose first question was, did you have intercourse in the last 24-48 hours. She said the US could not detect a heartbeat up to 10 weeks. I'm still bleeding but it's still a small amount. No cramping. I'm trying to stay positive. The morning sickness is the best indicator of a normal pregnancy for me at this point. Come on, Friday!

Bleeding picked up about an hour ago, along with menstrual like cramps

One question, when/if I pass the fetus, what do I do with it?

I'd stay home and keep the baby, I buried mine.

I actually passed my baby, 36 hours after my labor started and ended. I had passed a lot of clots, a lot of blood, but he only came out after I had an ultrasound at my midwives (thinking I passed him) the pushing he did on my uterus must of pushed him out. She saw nothing but a blood filled uterus. But he slipped
Out, maybe 3 hours later..

My baby came out when my cramps and bleeding picked up, about 2 weeks after I started spotting. I went to the ER about 3 days before to be sure it wasnt ectopic and they gave me a urine speciman cup for when I did pass the fetus. I buried it next to my Aunts grave.

Thanks y'all. Now I know how Nini felt. Reading her horrible ordeal has prepared me for what's to come

Nurse told me to go to ER if I soak a pad in an hour. I really want to stay home. The cramps only picked up about 2 hours ago, but bleeding is consistent and cramps are definitely getting worse.
