rest day yesterday and today. . . but I drank a gallon of water both days, so I think I did good as far as that goes.

10/16: 80 minutes on the ellipticals
10/17: 5 miles run
10/18: 50 minutes elliptical
10/19: rest
10/20: my first 15k (1:29:39)
