This group is designed for those of us over 30 yrs of age. We have a different TTC journey than our younger counterparts & many of us encounter challenges along the way to our coveted BFP. We invite all to join us as we offer advice, support & encouragement to each other thru these challenges, as well as celebrating those joyful BFPs.


While this thread is not necessarily labeled as a "struggling TTC" thread, we do ask that if you choose to join us that you remain mindful of the challenges that many of our members are experiencing when posting about BFPs. We are excited to celebrate everyone's BFP, though it can often be a sensitive issue for those for whom it has not been so easy.

We hearing from our graduates & hope you are having a HH9M!!! But we ask that you please take the time to catch up on posts, taking note of current losses before posting your pregnancy updates. If any of our sweet mommas are experiencing a loss in the current thread, please consider posting your updates at a different time.

I'll try to update your status daily, but let me know if I missed you! If I don't hear from you for a few weeks I'll take you off the list. Just post with an update to be re-added.

AFM: This past week I received my custom WCHB from a super sweet mama. I had it made out of a Didymos Simon wrap & it is awesome!!! I was so excited to get it! But the wrap wasn't the best thing I got from her. There was a little drawstring bag in the package with some tissue paper in it. I pulled it out and unwrapped the sweetest little heart with a cherub in the middle for my little angel baby that should be due any day now. I sent her an email thanking her, but words will never convey exactly how my heart feels. Please pray for me/send positive thoughts in the days ahead. I never dreamed it would be this hard & my heart is breaking into a million pieces all over again.

QOTW: I used to be a night owl... but as I'm getting older, my "night owl-ness" usually gives in around midnight at the latest... kind of a forced morning person now with having a little guy to get off to school... If I could sleep in later every day, definitely a night owl...

I hope this is OK too post about a few other HPT I ordered. I wanted to share these in case you all didn't know about these. I sure hope I didn't break a rule just now.

Clearblue DIGITAL Pregnancy Test with Conception Indicator 25 mIU/ml hCG it also shows you how many weeks pregnant you are...

Just wanted to share before start my house work to get ready for next week.. Oh I got the ship scared out of me yesterday. Our older car had been sitting in yard for month due to so much stuff going on an the battery was dead so got it charged up an thought well me an my oldest would go down our driveway to help charge it's battery up more an when I went to put the brakes on NO BRAKES.. I stayed calmed but my oldest was saying MOM WHY we not stopping then all the sudden the brakes locked up an the back tires grabbed hard an stopped. So we got the car on our level road an I stopped seen brake fluid leaking like crazy so had to slowly drive the car to neighbors an he put fluid in an took the car home so now it's sittin here once again. But man did that scare the ship out of me when the car wouldn't stop... YIKES!!!!

I kept testing all weekend (at my parents house) and today is when af should have been due the test line is the same color at the control today! WHOO HOO! So not a chemical pg. So excited and freaked out at the same time! LOL

QOTW: I'm with you Carly, I used to be a night owl, now a forced morning person. When I got pregnant with DS, my DH accepted a promotion that requires him to work the night shift and the weekends, so I'm the one having to get up early on the weekends to take care of DS who never seems to want to sleep past 7a.m.

Oh, by the way, i started temping this morning, there is now a dot on my chart, woohoo!!! I can't stop looking at it!!!!
