Scheduling activities for the kids

Our kids take swimming lessons and we don't want them to stop. Registration is next week and I'm trying to figure out what classes to sign them up in for the winter session (after the holidays). Two kids, different levels.

At my new job I will be working 35 hours a week (lunch break not paid). I have the freedome to arrange my schedule to suit my needs so long as it's reasonable and as long as I do all my hours each week. I am also a part time student so I already have a half day a week where I will be in class (8:30-11:30 - would take 20ish min to get from school to office).

DH doesn't want to do weekends, there's no early morning class available for either or the kids levels and we go away a lot on weekends and would then miss out on classes.

But evenings are going to be tough!

Anyone do extra curriculars in the evenings? Experience for me? Advice?
