I am surprised that your machine was fine w/the blizzard fleece but having issues with the anti-pill. I also think it sounds like a tension issue, maybe you need to lower it. Also if the thread is not seated properly in the tension disks, that could cause a problem that might get the thread all tangled. I learned that if the stitches on top look messed up then you have a problem with the bobbin, and if the stitches on the underside are messed up then it's a threading/tension problem.
