Yum! I live blueberry zucchini muffins.

I made strawberry cupcakes this weekend. I need to make some frosting for them today.

Re: Who loves baking?

I made a yummy pan of applesauce bars the other day. They didn't last too long. It was a recipe in my (family circle?) checkerboard cookbook for pumpkin bread. There was an option for using applesauce instead of pumpkin, so I tried it.

I also made bread and pizza over the weekend. That doesn't last too long, either.

Re: Who loves baking?

I love baking! I also love eating all my baked goods...a little too much! I started selling my baked goods, so that I could still bake a lot without being tempted to eat it all! lol It's been working out great so far, except when I get smaller orders in and decide to make a full batch...oops!

Applesauce bars sound yummy, do you have the recipe?

This is my problem! After baking a ton I tend to package it up and send it off to family that is local. Lol! Share the calories.

I love to bake but must have a recipe for measurements or things just don't grow properly. I can cook all day without recipes though.

My grandma regularly makes zucchini pie. She has always called it apple pie though because otherwise no one would eat it. Although she shares this secret with adults, its kept from the children who eat it. My kids gobble it up as apple pie and NO ONE has ever known that it was zucchini and not apples because its that good.
