Diaper Swappers

My sister and I have talked and decided to have a homemade xmas using lots of stuff we already have (she and I both have a disgustingly large fabric/craft stash) but also because we want items the kids will love and cherish.
I am struggling for stuff for my 7 yo DS. My girls (11 and 2) are easy but I cannot find a thing I like for him.

I have found a few things. I am going to do a balance board (he is in constant motion while doing anything so this will be good for him) I found an Incognito Set on Pinterest (a bunch of different mustaches and beards) and he will have a blast going "incognito" with his older sister. I also found a superhero tshirt to make him.
I was hoping for a few more ideas. He is all boy. He likes superheros and scooby doo and plays soccer.
So if you could spam me some ideas tha would be great!

Does he have a super hero cape? How about some homemade games? Does he have a library book bag or a bag for his favorite toys or maybe a bag of his soccer stuff? You can make a personalized pillowcase and set of pjs. Just what I thought of off the cuff, hth.

He does have a cape. We had a superhero academy party in May and I made a cape for every kiddo

I am making jammies for allof the kids to match, so yes jammies are there too. I will look into some games though that looks good.

What about story blocks. Wooden blocks with a different picture on each side. Roll a couple of them and make up a story using the pictures you roll. I'm planning on doing these for my 6 year old (he'll be 7 in January).

I have a 7 year old too, I'm going to be making hi Christmas pj's (all 4 will get those) he loves to help me cook so a boyish apron, thinking about making a memory game (with pictures modgepodge'd onto something) Freezer paper stenciled tee's (these were a huge hit last year!) last year I made him a Kindle case and some belts with webbing and camo and striped ribbon. I also made some playdoh, slime/gak, and tub paints.
