That is such a bummer.

My husband has been suffering from what we think is a stress fracture on his shin ( he refuses to go to the doctor). He has taken a total of 6 weeks off from running and anything that would mean putting weight or pressure on his legs. He just started running again and is doing very low mileage. He does from time to time get some soreness in his shin still but stops when that happens.

Only advice I have is to make sure you rest.

Hike with my fellas yesterday. Ran a little of the trail on and off but had lead legs so din't go very far or fast. Today I hit the trails for a 12 mile morning bike ride. It was lovely out.

10/25- Lifted (arms and chest)

10/26- 4 mile run

10/27- Lifted (back and glutes)

10/28- 7.08 mile run
