When fresh isn't an option, which is better frozen or canned?

frozen. More nutrients,(picked at peak times and flash frozen), and no worries of chemical linings from the cans.

Frozen, then bottled, then canned. Dried are also good if no sulfates are used.

Canned would be my last option, frozen, bottled( glass) then dried ( dried myself)

What about tomatoes? Chopped frozen tomatoes fall apart....bottle canned?

Also, most canned have added salt/sodium.
