Whole foods recipes/blogs

I am wanting to seriously limit (and eventually eliminate) all processed foods from our diets-relying only on fresh meats, fruits and veg (fresh or frozen or home canned) and limited grains except for wheat....Oh, and raw dairy Anyone know of any really good blogs or recipes that fit that description?

Re: Whole foods recipes/blogs

There is a ton of stuff out there. Google "real food ___" and odds are you will find a recipe. I found one for Linzer cookies that had NO wheat in them. This isn't till next week but I know there is a bunch of real food in that. I have about 5 of the books on the list.

Good luck! I really enjoy eating this way.

Re: Whole foods recipes/blogs I really like this one. I used to like it more when it was mainly recipes, but now it has a lot of other articles & stuff- but you can still use it to look up recipes.

Re: Whole foods recipes/blogs

I recently started a blog that will follow a lot of those rules & there is absolutely nothing processed (nor will there be) in any of my recipes. It has a handful of recipes now & I'm starting to add something each day.

We consume very limited sugar (no added sugars except sparing & occasional use of unpasturized honey) and have a lot of other limitation due to allergies (gluten, soy, shellfish, eggs, dairy, white potatoes, corn, bananas...) While I do use some eggs, there's always an option to do the recipes without them. Our diet is very similar to Paleo if that helps.
