Ok NVM. I guess it was a miscommunication. I was told I was going to get an u/s because of the cyst that they found during my er visit. But today since it hasn't been bothering me much for this past week they said to wait. Which I'm fine with. I have an appointment the day after thanksgiving for my ultrasound!
 I'll be 10w3d then
