Help! Yo gabba gabba fabric and a fleece soaker question

I started a small WAHM shop and right now am selling fleece soakers and longies on Facebook. I unfortunately don't have enough feedback anywhere (because I haven't sold much) to be a WAHM on here. Anyways...I had a lady request a yo gabba gabba soaker. Cool...except I can't find Yo Gabba Gabba fleece anywhere. I did find flannel.

So my questions....has anyone seen yo gabba gabba fleece and if so can you send me the link? And would it work to make fleece soakers with a layer of flannel on the outer? Or would it wick?

Flannel would definitely wick the moisture.

Just a piece of advise, be careful selling Yo Gabba Gabba. I used to sell them until I got in trouble from Nick. Not trying to be rude or anything, just passing on an experience I had.

Liscensing thing I'm assuming? Maybe that's why the fabric isn't really out there. thanks for the warning.

I wouldn't recommend flannel as it might inhibit the stretch, and after several washings flannel just doesn't look "nice" -- it's still cute but it looks old/worn quickly. If you do want to try it anyway, then a good way to minimize possible wicking would be to back the flannel with an extra piece of fleece before you place it onto the soaker.

If you are using liscensed fabric you shouldn't have problems selling it. Legally, a company cannot tell you what to do with the fabric once you have bought it. This includes selling items you made out of it. Some companies will try to scare you and send you cease and desist letters, but they don't have legal grounds to do so. Now, it is different matter if you create the image of a copyrighted character and sell it, you can get sued for that.
