He has scabs (tiny ones) and he keeps itching them and making them bleed. It's a never ending cycle What can I give him? He is constantly itching.

How often do you wash hair? Maybe run oil on it??

I resorted to Benadryl last night. I'm gonna put coconut oil in his hair tonight. Do you think it's itchy because its dry? We wash his hair every other day.

My husband gets really bad dry scalp. He washes every 4th day unless he gets really dirty. He usually just rinses so dirt comes out. You could try that and try ACV as a rinse too.

I would try an ACV rinse (warning: might sting a little bit since there's little sores, maybe dilute a little bit) and then a little coconut oil.
I personally wouldn't put any commercial shampoos on his scalp at least until it's cleared up.
