WTH my new freetimes?!?

Our new freetimes arrived yesterday and they are totally leaking like crazy! My 3 mo just woke from a nap covered in pee!! What am I doing wrong??

It happened last night too after a few hours nothing major that our FB would have totally handled. I washed them once because they don't need prep. I tried laying flaps both ways. The flaps aren't even sopping. They're not getting bunched still laying flat when I open his diaper

Help! What the heck

Freetimes don't need to be prepped? That's surprising.

I don't know. I've always prepped my new Freetimes. I bet that's the problem?

I did just read they suggest drying with first wash. I did a little on low heat, maybe I should wash again and try a full dry on high

It almost seems that way like they're not absorbing, weird because says only needs one wash

Re: WTH my new freetimes?!?

Well they're synthetics so no they don't need "prepping". Prepping is for natural fibers. Since they are not natural you are correct but maybe try washing them again anyway just to see.

Did you dry them? Do you need to seal them for that first time? Just thinking...

Re: WTH my new freetimes?!?

If you are still having problems after drying them again, I would call cotton babies. I have never had problems with my Freetimes, so maybe you got a bad batch.
