Rested yesterday. Going to try to make it to the Y today and get 2 hours of workout in.

Didn't make it to the Y, but did c25k and walked some with the kidlets. Got in 2.68 miles combined and managed to do all of week 4 day 1 without wimping out on the 5 min jogs so I'm happy with my effort today even if we do end up trunk or treating instead of going to the Y. May run some with my mom tonight, too.
