Replacement for Soda?

Hey ladies!

So I'm looking for ideas of beverages to keep on hand at home to replace soda. I really like the cold and the bubbles. I usually drink diet bc I'm avoiding calories, so I don't necessarily want to transfer to juice unless its very diluted, kwim?

Ideas?

Crystal light pure? It has a little sugar and stevia but very low calorie and no artificial sweeteners. No bubbles though. Im trying to figure this out too since artificial sweetners give me migraines but i cant have all the sugar in regular soda.

Crystal Light is a good one - I used that when I had gestational diabetes because of its low calories and carbs. I think it has a great taste!

And good old water! There's nothing healthier than water! And nothing quite as refreshing, in my opinion. :-) Flavored water is a good option too, since it has a little more kick to it, but again, few calories. Propel is my favorite.

I wonder if you could make crystal light with sparkling water?

Ideally, you would switch to something that doesn't have the artificial sweeteners in it. I would do sparkling water with something to flavor it. You could add fruit juice or perhaps tea. A sprig of mint might work. My mom, her parents, and my children enjoy having a splash of lemon in their water. You might try adding a bit of ginger.

I like a bit of cranberry juice concentrate in a glass of sparkling water and some stevia.

Or a squeeze of lime in club soda- I can drink this without sweetener and get it a lot at restaurants.

A cup of frozen berries with club soda poured over the top.

Stupid question...what is club soda? I thought it was like sprite our 7up.

Club soda is pretty much just carbonated water. I like to have it with a splash of cranberry or cherry juice.

Yes, something without artificial sweetener is my preference. :-)
