Wow, I haven't gotten more than 175SB in a really long time. I think I'm just kinda "over" it at this point. But, I need to get back into gear in December and really start saving up for paypal cards since I'll be using those to help pay for our next Cruise late next year!

I met my goal! Granted it was only 80 but I did it, first time ever lol! I've always been frustrated with the surveys because I fill out a TON of info just to be told I don't qualify, I went through that about 4 times today then finally got one.

I Dq'ed from surveys too so I'm running sbtv on my phone for now. DH already had goal. He's done that the past 2 days somehow. I guess surveys done that didn't credit and I either put in a ticket for a long time back or didn't notice or whatever just popped up. Have no clue where they came from.

How long do you give shop and earn to show up as pending before you contact customer service?
I bought something on last Thursday, it shipped on Saturday and showed up to me this morning in the mail. I know that when you order it says 2-30 days to show up, but I am really not sure that I will remember in 30 days to complain.

I would probably give it atleast 7 business days but they will likely tell you it will show up within 30 days, and then it can take another 30 days to actually credit.

you have to give it well into the 30 day mark...because this prevents you from returning the item and still getting the sb. They want to get you pass the return policy from the store before crediting.

oh wait read it wrong...it's not showing up as pending? I'd contact sb and inform them that you bought it and already have it in hand. Maybe the link broke up when you clicked on it to go to the store?
