lots of abdominal pain

I have been having lots of abdominal pain, no idea what it is. its not contractions or anything like that its too steady for that. just a lot of discomfort to my left side and below my uterus. I'm guessing its gas or constipation. anyone else having anything similar? is it something I should worry about?

could be cramps from constipation or maybe stretching pain. i had some pain last night that lasted like 15 minutes.

Definitely sounds like a digestive problem. Digestion slows down during pregnancy so your body can pull more out of the food. It can cause pain and constipation. Are you drinking enough water? Hope it doesnt last too long!

I've had some gas that HURTS!!!

only thing that helps me is to lay down and then it starts to seep out...... gross, I know.. but if I try to keep standing or sitting or anything, it just stays in and is really painful. Like I thought I was having cramps/contractions the other day and was freaking out, I decided to go rest with a bottle of water.. and...... relief.

I was having a lot of that last night, I think it was constipation though. Hope everything is ok!

Whenever I start to feel pressure-y I drink a bottle of gatorade and rest or if its serious a huge glass of water and some fiber pills or Metamucil type fiber just to make sure everything keeps moving along....btw I had some serious trapped gas too..the kind that makes your belly move and you can feel it...weird and gross...
