Re: The 25lb Challenge November thread

WTG Kimmie!! Glad to see you're back in the 140's!

SJSCNJS- That's the mindset I'm going with! The old me hardly ever ate veggies, so getting in a good 4 cups of spinach with breakfast and carrots, apples, lemon and ginger for lunch is a HUGE improvement! For some reason the weights just not leaving though. Been stuck at 170.8 all week! Would really love to see the 160's, especially before our trip to Disney. 22 days left! I'm hoping the weight is just because of working out, and I'll at least see some inches go soon.

I have to hide my scale in the box under the sink. My kids think scales are mini trampolines and I can't afford to replace it if they kill it. And I weigh au natural (no need to factor in weight of clothing lol) so I have to go in the bathroom, take the scale out of the box, strip and weigh all before coffee. It just slipped my mind this morning.

Yeah that is tough. I am in only a nursing tank and undies in the AM and the bathroom is off our bedroom where the kids do not go. My kids will not stay off the scale either.

I hate stalls. I am still there, too. I am 150 today after 2 glasses of wine last night with dinner. I think it is water, as I am crazy thirsty today.

Hi all.
So, I'm pretty sure that AF is returning soon. I'm feeling hormonal, and hunkering down for the storm. It has been 5 years! I got PG with DD2 5 years ago, then got PG with DS2 while nursing DD2 with no AF in between. DS2 is now 18 months... I was hoping for just a few more weeks. Sigh. I'm sure it'll be ugly as PMS has long been a problem for me. Reminds me of this old favorite from SNL. Srsly funny:
I just wanted to commiserate with someone. Thanks.

Oh sweety feel better. I hated my first PP after M.

On a side note I'm having a stressful week. My oldest started her first AF and I am a wreck. I knew it was coming and I still was shocked! Proud of her though she started t school (dreaded as it was after swimming when she figured it out) and didn't call me for anything. She made it through the school day.

Sorry I had to share. As its extremely stressful for me.

I am down to 140.6 looking foreward to the 130s. And that's after a rest day yesterday so I must have flushed some water. Or something. So happy

How special!!! I remember getting mine and my mom said nothing to me. I wish she had made it special. I am sure I would have hated it then...LOL!
