I don't think I can actually lose 25 lbs by the end of jan. Is it possible? I would need to lose 22.6 lbs more

Re: The 25lb Challenge November thread
That's absolutely possible!! That's 13 weeks, which works out to 1.7 lb a week. Definitely doable!
I was really wanting to be closer to 150 lb by our holiday at the end of this month, but I lost a month since I just couldn't find my motivation. BUT, that doesn't mean I can't maybe get closer to 160 by our holiday. Don't let an insignificant number make you lose your motivation. It's just a number. If you can't quite hit 25 lb lost but make 20 lb, or even 15 lb, that's still a win in my book! A loss is a loss and it's always better than where you were yesterday.

Well, I was back at 142.4 today which is up 0.4. Sigh. Then I worked out on the spinning bike for 80 mins so I will prob be holding onto some water tomorrow. Hoping not though. Glad I worked out, either way.

Re: The 25lb Challenge November thread
Old:
sahmofthree: starting 180.4, goal: 145, current 170.8 -9.6 New: sahmofthree: starting 180.4, goal 145, current 170.4 -10.0 I'll take it! I was expecting a gain since I started working out again this week and my muscles are most likely retaining water. So hopefully that means that once my muscles recover maybe I'll get to see an even bigger loss? One can hope!
