Hey ladies! Finally got moved. I've been hovering around 192 b/c my eating hasn't been so great. Going grocery shopping on Saturday so I'll have to get some healthy stuff. We moved back to where family is so everyone has been feeding me :/

I love restocking with healthy food. My budget doesnt love it quite as much though....

I'm at my gmas but I'm iffy on running today. She hasnt slept, and she's just kind of a mess today. I feel bad asking her to watch alex for me. Maybe I'll skip today and just go friday. I'm only on week 3 so the longest stretch of running is only 3 minutes. I should be ok i think. Week 4 is also 3 minutes, just with shorter intervals of walking

I finally started C25K this week, too . I've always thought about it but never bothered. I have done W1D1 & 2. Question though, it only does three days/week right? So, is it best to do them every other day, or better to repeat days during W1 so that W2 isn't as bad?

The first time i did it, i just did Monday, Wednesday, friday. Well, most weeks. Mondays get a lil crazy here since its dh only weekday off. So I'm planning on going to my gmas on tues now, and running tues, wed, fri. I will lift thur and Saturday.
I thought i was going to die the first time i did c25k, but i got up to 20 minutes. I started from week 2 this time. I think I'm going to go for the zero to 10k program

Made it the gym! Feeling like poop.. but I atleast did 25 minutes on the treadmill before quitting!

Got down to 137.6 today. Then cheated on my diet at thanksgiving dinner at work. Drank a ton of water. Fx I don't gain back any. It totally wasn't worth it. And haven't worked out since Friday. Fx I can make that work tomorrow.

Got my hair cut tonight as my 20 lb reward I was only at 19 lbs this morning, but we're getting family pics on Saturday so I needed to get it done. I cut off quite a bit and LOVE it! It's an a-line bob, just off my shoulders.
